As our new Training Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all training related queries. You will support the development and implementation of training and competency systems as well as training policies and procedures. Your main tasks include: Organise courses and training programs including liaising with training providers and delegates. Coordinate the logistics of internal training sessions including venues, bookings and all other audio and visual equipment. Coordinate booking of flights, rail tickets, hire cars and hotels for training courses. Assist with the induction and initial documentation for all employees. Input and maintain data in the HR & Training database and create reports to be analysed.
